Mike,
I did not appear to me that there was any Glass fiber present in that pour, with out the prescence of fiber what does that take your strength PSI rating to? If there was fiber in the pour and I just overlooked it, then just call me a blind dumb-ass and disregard my first comment. Also just curious how that pour turned out, did you take any pics of the flip side when done?

It seems what I am seeing here, in this video clip, is no mist coat, just a clean mold, and a poured SCC single-placed batch. The GFRC part, whether high fiber or something else, is not jumping out at me.
I understand what you are saying about the mist coat; kinda like the gelcoat on fiberglass buildup. But that's not what's going on here.

OK - I'm gonna stick my neck out here - you GFRC types be nice. Tell me a little about GFRC SCC with HRWR, AR, and MPLH (I admit, I made up the last one). What is it that keeps it in the GFRC camp at this point- just the high fiber load? It's poured, it's SCC - it could be called any one of a number of things....

This looks pretty cool: is this at all like a Milestone type mix? A self-placing, no coarse agg, highly polymerized, high cement/fines deal? And what is this dedicated urethane mold designed to yield - some sort of wall panel?

Scott we are only talking minutes for retarding the set time. No it is not a high range water reducer. This is not adva nor rheobuild or glenium it is something new i have been playing with and Jim Ralston will be carrying it soon.
