heat the pieces to be sealed

have distilled water and a soft microfibre towel on hand, cut the seams off the towel and cut out a 10 * 20 cm piece

put diluted and full strength products into tiny spray bottles. Tiny is important, big ones cause too much overspray.

rinse cut towel in distilled water, wring out hard with one hand only

spray a small amount of 50-50 ch into the towel, then on the surface just in front of the towel in your hand

scrub hard and fast, moving your hand in small circles, 10 cm diameter. The surface must not appear glossy, if it does, you are applying too much. Weigh your bottle and towel before and after, you should be applying 1 gram per 30 cm square.

after two dilute applications, switch to full strength ch. DO NOT BUFF between applications. Wait 15 min between apps.

if ch starts beading on the surface, have a spray bottle of fs handy to help lay it out, just one quick spray will help break up the beading. Rinse the towel frequently in distilled water.

after you had to use fs to break up ch beading, put the slabs back under heat and go away for at least 2 hour, better overnight.

test for water penetration for at least 20 sec. If water does not darken the surface, proceed to fs. Otherwise, do another app of ch with fs to help lay it down. You should be hurting from all the scrubbing.

apply 3-4 very light apps of fs, same technique as before, 15 min apart. Let slabs cool down for several hours, then wipe down with clean and set, diluted 3x in a tiny spray bottle. Don't press hard this time. Follow with a dry towel. Repeat 3-4 times. Leave alone for at least an hour. NOW you can buff.

Alla this is great, I did and etch ct and apply 6 applications of CH on it and it's still showing light darkening. Unfortunetly I did apply the FS and It is already install at the customer house.
