Josh,

Thanks for the friend...Been admiring your work, very nice.  I don't post very much on the forum because it seems like there are already plenty that are very eager to give out advice. Some is very good to be sure, although it seems most of it comes from beginners and novices... (not sure how that works???)

It sounds like your part of a community. Anyway, you remind me of my very early years back in the good old days... I was a early 70's hippie, and lived in a couple communes for a few years, and also traveled the world and lived out of the backpack for about 3 years straight as well.

There is nothing like being part of a living growing self sustaining community. I'm still practicing a very organic, green living lifestyle. Once converted theres no going back eh?   ha!

Good luck on your future projects.

Hey Josh! I started a photo diary of the application of Hydro Guard on a panel that Steve at Absolute had given me. I am hoping this will open up Q & A for all. Also like i have told a lot of others I am just a tourist here so any guidance would be greatly appreciated and welcomed! The finished sample is to be used for a 36 hour test of "Sealer" pains. Examples: red wines, hot sauce, lemons, etc. Please take a look and guide this tourist in the right direction! I will be asking others to do the same!

I just saw your message about the spray. It is just contact cemnt. I routed out the river so when i ground it i would not have a dip in the top. i think that is about 4 years ago.

Josh this piece was not vibrated,It was done in GFRC.To expose the geode just place your inlays in your molds and myst coat over them. After flipping and stripping you shoud have little or no sacking involved to fill any voids around geode.
