also, its not a bad idea to let the grout cure a little longer than usual, especially if you are wet grinding/polishing. If it is too soft and you start popping out pieces of sand or stone you will have to start grouting over again, or even leave ...

Yeah add some sand to the mix it will be fine. We sometimes add 10 to 20% sand or whatever fill to the cement depending on the voids that are left.

The dvd is well worth it, I still watch my dvd, its great if you've had a long span between projects.

Great starter video! teaches you all of the basics. Brock and I learned from the video then made minor changes with mix design and forming methods we had already been using. get it!

I have the "GFRC" DVD and " Fabric Mold" DVD. Both are in A one shape as I only watched it once and figured I would take a course next year directly from Gore or Ralston.

i have had problems before with the drains that have an overflow. you have to make sure the sink is smooth underneath around the drain so the gasket seals up under the sink. so you may need to hit it with a grinder to make it nice and flat. if the...
