Tony ... Here in Minnesota a "CONCRETE CONTRACTOR" does not require a licence per say ... I don't kinow the requirements in your state but I will say that as a General Contractor myself and a former project manager for a larger contracting company…

Tony I know two other friends in your state. I checked with both of them and was told as a decorative concrete contractor you need no license. It is a good idea to get the gen liab. insurance.
