Hi Sam,

Oh, I meant if you had any tips specific to using the hi lift jacks. I noticed in the pictures that you included on this thread: http://concretecountertops.ning.com/forum/topics/flipping-and-transporting?id=2118046%3ATopic%3A32705&page=2#comments that you use perhaps some quick clamps to steady the counter to the jack.

thanks again.

Hi Sam,

I very much admire the work that you do and the techniques you've shared in the forums. In particular, I'm planning on trying out some of the material handling techniques including the hi lift jacks. It seems really straightforward but, any tips you might share?

thanks in advance,

Hi Sam, 4.9 x 1.1 x 60mm, in one pc.I stuffed up on the other comment about the size. Thanks. I have a job coming up that has a company logo in the front, like your REAL picture. I have an idea how to go about it. How did you do it?. Nice clean lines and fine work. cheers James

They do mention a bit about flyash, basically what you are doing, mixing that & silica fume because of flyashs' workability, talk about a high dosing using flyash, 15-40% for class C & 15-25% for class F, but do warn of early strength suffering at high doses. No mention of mix ratio though.

Whats the colour of that fly ash Sam? Will persevere with my mix for a bit maybe try dropping the microsilica down to maybe 6%?

Hi Sam, Hows it going up there? Just getting a few samples sorted down here, sprayed E3 yesterday & will be putting on the 2K today if the wind drops a bit (no garage doors on workshop yet) Still struggling a bit getting the right % of microsilica for a flowable gravel mix seem to need a lot of super P & high w/c, any thoughts? Might have o go for a kite & think about it!

Cheers Blair
