I'm quite new to this but I found this article that explains AR fibers pretty well. Dan http://www.stonewear.com/tech/alkaline.htm

What do you mean by fiber mesh? The AR Glass fibers are Alkali Resistant. If you used E Glass fibers the fibers would literally break apart in the concrete and dissolve through a chemical change. Some E glass products are PVC coated to prevent the…

I made 2 mistakes. I did not use the angle iron or rebar on one of the arms. Also, I was in a hurry, mixing and pouring myself and I added the fiber by the hand full instead of measuring. The result was that I was probably cutting the recommended am…

Hi Jimmy,

How are you doing? We still feel bad about the car theft....how did that turn out? Did you ever hear back from the Berkeley PD?

We've been busy working on some new products and projects. Other than that we're just waiting for the economy to turn around so everyone can get back to work.

Thanks for hitting me up. It's good to hear from you.

All of the manufacturing I have done on my oun has been premix. Sprayed, hand layup, and scc. The only work I have done with a true GFRC was for other companies while I worked for NEGA.
I have done premix up to 17' X 18" @ 2" thick and up to 12' X 15.5" @1/4" thick (both 3% 19mm chopped)

Do a search for clay extrusion guns on the web and it will bring up a couple sites.
You can take gfrc as thick as you want so long as you are ok with managing the weight.
