The idea is that a clear relation exists between human behavior and the forms it requires. We look for and specify the observed needs or tendencies of the users of an environment, and state these tendencies to generate a spatial form. The environment, seen this way, is not an object but a field of action, in which people can meet their own needs.

Aristotelian: art (design) imitates nature in her mode of operation. Man, like nature and , potentially, as part of nature, channels forces to create forms. The forms then are not inert, but manifestations of equilibrium.

hello Jim, I was wondering if you can explain the way to make the drain connections on your gfrc sinks. Are you using the pvc as a knockout or does it stay in the concrete and become part of the sink. thanks for your time.
man your shower pans sure are sweet. I'm a tile mason by trade and would love to make somthing that nice. thanks again.

Hello Jim. The mold for the tub is done. I'm waiting on the heating mats to arrive. I just found out today, due to a production problem, the manufacturer won't ship them out for another two weeks.

I just cast a curved gfrc wall with an embossed tree that the end of the tub will slide into. We demolded yesterday and slurry coated and sanded today. The finish is similar to the hand pressed fireplace surround we did. For the same interior designer. It looks pretty sweet. I'll send you some pics.

By the way, I've started adding csa to my slurry. It's the only way to fly. Gets hard fast.

I'll let you know how the tub turns out and probably post a few pictures. Talk to you later, man.

What up man? That bbq piece turned out bitchin. How was the install? Do you have any pics of the table that you did for cheng with the inlays and the 3 foot drop down side? I watched you spray it but haven't seen any pics on it yet and have heard that it turned out beautiful. I uploaded that coffee table that I did for that parade home. That house is the same one in the pic of the outdoor fireplace and it's in that community that I was tellin you about. You should check it out.
