No most acrylics dry in 24 hours so you should be good at that.

We call ours 519WB. It is a 30% solids waterborne acrylic sealer. I have not stain tested it by itself as it is far inferior to the EAP and UV systems so I can't tell you if would be better than chengs or not but for best results treat it like Cheng…

If they are true fish eyes and not pinholes it is a sign of contamination either on the surface / in the product it self or in the application. Since you have two filters in line it is unlikely that it is from the compressor. Just for the sake of kn…

The thing with Cheng's and other acrylic sealers (yes Cheng's is an acrylic also) is that they are susceptable to scratching and offer medeocre stain resistance but are easy to apply. There are several of our customers that use an acrylic under the…

Will this new additive give it a more tolerable smell?

Sure Peter call me when you get a chance or e-mail me. I don't want to get into a sales discussion on the forum. But yes it is the same curing system.

Hey Bob,
I'm somewhat new to this forum. I guess you're the "sealer guy"! As I've stated in previous disscusions, I've tried EAP on a couple of different test slabs. The problem I have is that a few days after spraying the slabs got a white powder forming on the surface that keeps returning after I wipe it off. It was a fresh batch of EAP mixed 50/50 with DNA. I use a moisture filter on my hose. I tried two different mixes, one of my own and one Sakrete. In each mix I used Counterflo plasticizer and also Moxie 1800 in my water. After curing in the mold for a couple of days, i stripped it and let them cure another 2-3 days. then i scrub the surface with a baking soda paste and a scothbrite pad. Rinse well and let that dry overnight. Then sealed spraying east to west and north to south. That's it. Have you seen this before? Any thoughts?

Hey Bob, you see a delam problem with using e3 2k on concrete right out of melamine? Or is it crucial to grind the top and open the surface?

Hey Bob, just realized who you are... new to the forum. Thanks for the advice! Also, could you suggest roughly how much AS to add to... say a quart as a starting point?

Hi Bob
I'm pretty interested in trying out the E3/2K system out. Could you let me know the cost, and delivery for a starter or tester pack... Also, do you supply PVA fibres?

Thanks

Sam
